Yes Conciergerie is a human adventure born from a passion for tourism and the mountains, founded by Johan Van Hengel in 2017.
Our Story
Settled in Tignes for more than 15 years, Johan Van Hengel has developed unique expertise in tourism and seasonal rentals. Drawing on his experience as a sales director in Alpine resorts, he founded Yes Conciergerie with a clear ambition: to offer owners and travellers a service of excellence.
Since 2017, Yes Conciergerie has established itself as a key player in tourist concierge services in France. The network now includes more than 20 locations, from the Alps to the Atlantic coast, via Réunion and international destinations.
Our franchise model allows passionate entrepreneurs to join a structured network, benefiting from powerful tools, personalised support and the strength of a recognised brand.
