What is the Yes Conciergerie commission rate?

Our commission ranges between 18% and 25% of rental income, depending on activity volume, the chosen service level and the location. No hidden fees, no extra charge on cleaning. Everything is explained in the contract before signing.

Can I use my property whenever I want?

Yes, you keep full control of your calendar. You block the periods when you want to use it yourself, directly from your owner dashboard.

How are cleaning and linen handled?

A 47-point hotel checklist between every stay. Professional linen changed systematically. Everything is included in the service, with no extra charge to the traveller.

How is my home protected?

Every stay benefits from the protections offered by the booking platforms (damage, breakage). You keep your own home insurance for the building structure.

How do I track my income?

Detailed monthly reporting: income, expenses, occupancy, reviews. Permanent access to your owner dashboard to follow bookings in real time.

What type of contract do you offer?

A concierge contract of 12 months minimum, terminable with 3 months’ notice. No hidden clauses, no perpetual commitment.

How does check-in work?

In-person check-in (with a member of the local team) or self check-in (access code, digital welcome guide). Support available 7 days a week to answer all your questions.

Which services are included?

All Yes properties include: hotel linen, welcome amenities, welcome guide, 7-day support, and final cleaning. Additional services (chef, transfers, excursions) are available on request, by quote.

Can I request private services?

Yes. Let us know your needs before or during your stay: we mobilise our local partners to personalise your experience.

Estimate
How is the estimate calculated?

Based on real data from the Yes network for your destination: average price per night, average occupancy rate by season, average length of stay. The initial estimate is indicative; a diagnostic call refines the range.

Is the estimate reliable?

Yes, provided you supply accurate data (city, surface area, capacity). Our range is deliberately wide to reflect the variability of season, standing and visibility. The diagnostic call clarifies everything.

What profile is needed to become a franchisee?

Five typical profiles succeed in the Yes network: career changers, hospitality enthusiasts, local entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, and entrepreneurial project leaders. 90% start with no prior experience.

What investment is required?

EUR 19,800 in initial contribution (entry fees, training, marketing kit, website, tools). Plan in parallel for a working capital reserve of 6 months of personal salary for the launch phase.

What support do you offer?

An initial 40-hour training at Yes Academy Paris, daily follow-up over the first 2 months, lifelong continuing training, mentoring from the founder, access to the tools and the network of peers (annual seminar).
